Graduate Financial Declaration

This form is for Graduate offer-holders to submit their completed Financial Declaration Form and supporting documentation. The offer-letter, form, and student contract (sent via email) should be read carefully before completing this form. 


The deadline to submit this form is 30th June 2025, 23:59 GMT. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Student Contract Agreement

With your offer-letter you will have been sent a copy of our student contract. By ticking the below box you are confirming that you have read and agree to the terms within the student contract.

Using the 'Completed Form' field below please upload all pages of your completed and signed Financial Declaration Form as one PDF document. 

You must have completed three sections of the form:

  • Section 4: should reflect the supporting evidence that you will supply below. Please ensure that the funding listed totals (at least) your Year 1 course fee. 

  • Section 5: tick the relevant boxes. 

  • Section 6: sign and date the form. Please insert your signature and do not just type out your name.

Please ensure that your documentation is orientated correctly prior to upload.

    Financial Evidence

    Within the field below you will need to submit copies of your supporting documentation. 

    A list of accepted funding sources and documentation can be found in Section C of the Essential Information appendix within your Financial Declaration Form. If your funding is coming from multiple sources, you must provide relevant evidence for each source. 


    Your supporting documentation must show that the funds required to pay your Year 1 fees are readily accessible to make payment. Payslips/proof of employment as well as funds tied up in investments are NOT acceptable as they do not meet this requirement. 


    You must ensure that any sponsorship letters are signed and dated with the sponsors contact details (name, postal address, email address and telephone number). This includes any sponsorship agreement from friends, family or private sponsors. 


    If your course is fully-funded, please submit the letter that reflects this agreement. This could be your course offer letter if applicable. 


    • All supporting documentation should be provided in English, otherwise you must also upload certified translations that can be clearly linked to the original. 
    • Please convert all non-UK currency into GB Pounds (£).
    • Please ensure that your documentation is orientated correctly prior to upload. 
    • You may submit multiple files (up to 10MB), or you may submit all documents together as one PDF document.

      Next Steps

      Please check back over the form to ensure that you have completed it correctly and uploaded your intended files. 

      Once you have submitted the form you will receive an automated receipt.

      Completed submissions will pass through three stages of college checks before we can issue your completion of conditions letter. This may take up to 10 working days. Once we provide you with this letter you may apply for college-owned accommodation. 

      If there are any changes to your expected funding please let us know as soon as possible.
