Before submitting your University Card Form, please ensure that you have completed the following sections correctly:
- Your name(s) as they appear on your passport/birth certificate;
- Your date of birth in the format dd-mmm-yy (e.g. 23-JAN-06)
- College or PPH: input as 'Exeter College' or left blank if you are an Open Offer-holder;
- Course title;
- Circled term of start (if you will be starting in October, this will be Michaelmas);
- Input the last two digits of the year you will be starting in (if you will be entering this October, this will be 26)
- Signed the document - either manually, or with a digital signature;
- Inserted your passport style/sized headshot*
*Passport style photo guidelines can be found here. You must ensure that the photo you use has not been digitally altered - this includes the use of airbrushing, filters, or other digital touch-ups.
